Located by the light rail tracks and union station, this hotel is at the bottom of LoDo, and a good choice if you’re attending a concert at Mile High stadium. But all hotels in the area are still a good 1+ mile away, so if you plan to walk, give yourself plenty of time. If not, consider a pedicab ride, which gets you much closer to the gates than a ride share, which has to drop you in a lot that is still a good 15-20 min walk from the stadium. I live in Boulder and stay overnight frequently in LoDo, and IMO, most hotels in the area are pretty equal in terms of location, price and basic accommodations. Since we were only staying one night, we chose this hotel bc it offered a parking upgrade for just $20 (when most hotels downtown charge between $45-70/night). It’s a modern, boutique-y hotel, with kind of a hipster vibe (incl. enviro-friendly amenities, etc), rooms that are nice & clean (tho the bathroom was small) and the staff was great. That said, if we had planned to spend more time at the hotel, we would’ve preferred someplace with more amenities, especially breakfast, room service, and a hotel restaurant or bar. But for our purposes this trip, I think it was great and a good value. Would stay there again.

First, the gal working the front desk was VERY kind and even offered my son a banana and water while we waited for our room. My 3 year old appreciated the stocked games and flash cards while we killed time. Our room. It was PERFECT!!! A corner room where my son could watch the trains come and go with 2 full walls of windows. We had plenty of space for the pack and play and we all slept very well. Check out was great and they validate your parking at the front desk so be sure to take your parking tag in to get that validated. We appreciated having a water bottle refilling station in the lobby as well as some great snack options to choose from. It was just a short walk to the stadium, union station, etc. We will 100% be staying here again.

The hotel was great. So close to the train station, lots of restaurants and shopping and walkable to Rockies baseball stadium. We also went to a concert at Red rocks and were able to rent a bus from Union Station to Red Rocks for drop off and pick up from the concert. The property has an amenities fee but they give you a free coffee and pastry and a $5.00 snack from the pantry which was a nice benefit. They also have a restaurant attached to the hotel for meals and drinks. The room was nice, comfortable and quiet. Plenty of room.

Alexandra

The breakfast is good with lots of choices. Plus you get a specialty coffee from the barista. Prepare to be patient as it is made to order. Great city view from Room 560 The location is convenient to Union station and Rockies Stadium. Nearby Whole Foods and restaurants within walking distance 2 complimentary bikes available. Board games in the lobby. Complimentary water and snacks Clean Hotel and friendly staff. Parking Garage attached to hotel. We Would definitely stay again.

Oscar was the only employee at the front desk. With patience and a positive attitude, he handled an influx of guests checking in. He helped us arrange parking, even though the parking lot was full and he could not get the valets to answer the phone. He even found us a room since the one we reserved was not ready. In addition to the wonderful customer service, we were able to walk to our event at Coors Field. You couldn’t ask for a better location.
